This Privacy Policy describes how the KittyKatt app and integration services and data (a service operated by CodeHub Limited / T/A BaseUX / Maveni and KittyKatt) collects, uses, and protects data when you authorize our application to manage your advertising accounts, including but not limited to Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads and Google Ads.
2. Data We Collect
To provide our management services, we access data via official APIs. This includes:
- Account Information: Business names, Account IDs, and contact details provided during authorization.
- Advertising Data: Campaign performance metrics (spend, impressions, clicks), ad creative metadata, and audience insights.
- Access Tokens: Secure credentials required to programmatically manage your ad accounts.
3. Use of Data
We use the retrieved data strictly for professional advertising management and optimization. Specifically:
- To automate campaign adjustments and bidding strategies.
- To generate performance reports and dashboards.
- To improve ad delivery and ROI for your business.
- We do not sell, rent, or lease your data to third parties.
4. Third-Party Services & Cookies
Our platform interacts with third-party service providers:
- Google Ads: We comply with the Google Privacy Policy. You may opt-out of Google’s use of cookies by visiting their Ad Settings.
- Meta (Facebook): We access data in accordance with Meta’s Platform Terms.
5. Data Security & Storage
All data and access tokens are stored in secure, encrypted server environments. Access is restricted to our proprietary Python-based processing systems and authorized personnel required to maintain your campaigns.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain data only as long as necessary to provide our services.
- User Control: You may revoke our access at any time through your respective Meta or Google security settings.
- Deletion Requests: To request the permanent erasure of all data associated with your account from our systems, please contact info@baseux.com. We will acknowledge and process your request within 30 days.

8. Data Deletion Instructions
KittyKatt is committed to protecting your privacy and providing you with full control over the data you share with us. If you wish to delete your data and revoke our access to your advertising accounts, please follow the instructions below.
Option 1: Delete Data via the KittyKatt App (Recommended)
The most direct way to delete your data is through your account dashboard:
- Log in to your KittyKatt account.
- Navigate to the Account section in the main menu.
- Select Close Account.
- Confirm your selection. This action will permanently delete your stored access tokens, cached performance data, and account metadata from our servers.
Option 2: Remove App via Meta Business Settings
You can also revoke access directly through Meta:
- Go to your Meta Business Suite or Facebook Settings & Privacy.
- Navigate to Settings > Security and Login > Apps and Websites.
- Find KittyKatt and click Remove.
- (Optional) To ensure all historical metadata is purged from our system, please send a follow-up request to info@baseux.com.
Manual Deletion Requests
If you are unable to access the app or wish to request a manual deletion of all data associated with your business, please contact our support team:
