1. Services Provided

KittyKatt (operated by CodeHub Limited T/A BaseUX) provides automated management and optimization services for advertising platforms. By authorizing this app, you grant us permission to view and manage your advertising accounts.

2. User Authority

By connecting an ad account to KittyKatt, you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to grant access to said account and that such action does not violate any third-party agreements.

3. Limitation of Liability

KittyKatt and BaseUX shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from ad spend, campaign performance, or technical interruptions. All advertising spend is the sole responsibility of the user/client.

4. Termination of Access

Users may revoke KittyKatt’s access at any time via their Meta or Google account settings. BaseUX reserves the right to terminate service for any account that violates our internal safety standards or the platform terms of Meta/Google.

5. Compliance with Platform Terms

Users agree to comply with the Meta Business SDK Terms and Google Ads Terms of Service while using this integration.
